Narrative paragraphs are arguably the hardest to teach because they don’t follow a simple structure the way that nonfiction paragraphs often do. The following lessons, however, will help your students focus their narrative paragraphs and add strong details to them while avoiding excessive summary (my personal pet peeve!).
